Is CheapMobileProxy a good pick for scraping and managing accounts?

Starting a new project and want to get the tooling right this time. What are you using for scraping and managing accounts?

So far I have been looking at CheapMobileProxy (carrier mobile IPs in 27 countries, with API support) and StarProxy (residential and datacenter proxies, with unlimited daily plans). Any to avoid?
