PortSMS or SNSCodes for signing up without my own SIM?

Trying to decide between two SMS services and could use a tie-breaker.

PortSMS offers bulk SMS to 227 countries from $0.0025 each, with a REST API. SNSCodes offers codes for WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, and 27 more apps, or private numbers.

Leaning one way but open to being talked out of it.
