Is ProxyVPN a good pick for scraping and managing accounts?

My current setup keeps letting me down and I am shopping around again. What are you using for scraping and managing accounts?

So far I have been looking at ProxyVPN (residential, ISP, mobile, and datacenter proxies, plus a WireGuard VPN) and ProxyHive (residential, mobile, ISP, and datacenter proxies in 190+ countries). What is your go-to and why?
